Judge Jonathan Haworth – Cambridge Crown Court/Chelmsford Crown Court
Here is Judge Jonathan Haworth . He is a judge who seems to think that the abuse of children is not a serious enough crime to warrant a custodial sentence. He fails to understand the long lasting impact these evil offences have on the young and vulnerable child survivors. The sentences are quite simply a insult to the victims involved.
Judge Jonathan Haworth you are hereby NAMED AND SHAMED !

Sentencing Heron to a four month tagging order, with a daily curfew of 8pm to 6am, Judge Jonathan Haworth said he took particular account of a pre-sentence report by an experienced probation officer which stated that Heron did not have a predatory approach, had not groomed the girl for sex, did not use force, was remorseful and unlikely to be a repeat offender.
November 2010 – A CAMBRIDGE man who indecently assaulted a teenager must serve just six months in prison and be placed on the sex offenders’ register indefinitely. Derek Croxon, 38, pleaded guilty to two charges of indecently assaulting a teenage boy in 1998.

Judge Haworth said: “There can be no way in which that can justify a prison sentence”
