Pervert teenager sexually abused schoolgirl – despite her crying
Pervert Harrison Healey sexually abused a teenage girl – as she fought back tears.
The 19-year-old was aged 17 when he undid his victim’s trousers and touched her before makng her perform a sex act on him – even after she started crying.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard Healey asked the girl not to tell anyone before she left.
But the victim reported the horrific incident and the police were informed.
The defendant denied the allegations in his police interview but pleaded guilty to two charges of sexual activity with a child on the day of his trial last month.
Now Healey has been handed a three-year community order.
Prosecutor Richard McConaghy said the defendant knew his victim’s age when he kissed her on her neck.
Mr McConaghy said: “He asked if he could touch her private area. He undid her trousers. She started crying but he carried on.
“He asked her to perform a sex act on him. He kept on. In the end she did what he asked.
“He said, ‘You won’t tell anyone, will you’? before she left.”
The girl confided in a friend and the matter was reported to the police.
Barry White, mitigating, said the defendant, of Ford Green Road, Smallthorne, was aged 17 at the time of the offending and asked for him to be given credit for his guilty pleas.
As part of the community order Healey must complete a rehabilitation activity requirement for 60 days, an accredited programme requirement, and a 12-week electronically-monitored curfew from 8pm to 6am.
He was placed on the sex offenders’ register for five years.
