Pervert dentist banned from profession

A perverted dentist who stored over 63,000 child abuse images on seven laptops at home has been struck off.

52 year old Houman Hadjian-Hedjaz’s home in Hammersmith, west London was raided by police at dawn in February 2016, and amongst his belongings they found seven laptops clogged with vile images of children being raped and sexually abused

The disgraced dentist appeared at Isleworth Crown Court and was sentenced to eight months imprisonment which was suspended for two years.

He was also made subject to a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 40 days, as directed by the National Probation Service and 80 hours of unpaid work which must be complete during the course of the next 12 months.

Further, he was told that he would be made subject to the Sex Offenders Register for ten years and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order until Further Notice.

The background to these matters is that on 16 February 2016 police officers executed a search warrant at his home address, acting on information about your internet account held at that same address.

During the search seven laptops and storage devices were seized and he was arrested by the police on Suspicion of Possession of Indecent Images of Children (IIOC) and he was taken to the police station where he was interviewed under caution in the presence of his legal representative.

The following images were found on the laptops: Category A – 474 still images and 11 moving images; Category B – 294 still images 7 moving images and Category C – some 62,000 images and 23 moving images.
