That you, a registered nurse:

1. On 17 July 2014 were convicted at Swindon Magistrates’ Court of 12 offences of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child, between 1 July 2011 and 13 June 2013, contrary to sections 1(1)(a) and 6 of the Protection of Children Act 1978.

And in light of the above your fitness to practice is impaired by reason of your conviction.

Mr Harrison’s conviction on 17 July 2014 concerned twelve offences of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of child.

Two of the indecent photographs were graded as category B, involving images of non-penetrative sexual activity.

The other ten indecent photographs were graded as category C, which is the lowest level, that is creating other indecent images involving no sexual activity.

The panel has considered the submission made by Ms Idelbi that an interim suspension order should be made on the grounds that it is necessary for the protection of the public and is otherwise in the public interest.

She stated an interim suspension order of a period of 18 months should be imposed to be consistent with the panel’s findings and to allow for any potential appeal period
