Man jailed for making and possessing indecent images of children
A pervert has today (Monday, April 23rd) been jailed for two years for making and possessing indecent images of children and voyeurism.
Adrian Eliffe, 63, formerly of Canterbury Drive, Poulton-le-Fylde, admitted three counts of possession of indecent images of children, four counts of making indecent images of children and one of voyeurism.
The offences were committed between 2004 and 2018.
Officers from Lancashire Constabulary’s Online Child Abuse Investigation Team (OCAIT) raided Eliffe’s home in November 2016 after receiving intelligence about illegal internet activity.
After a protracted and thorough investigation Eliffe pleaded guilty in March this year.
At Preston Crown Court today he was sentenced to 16 months for making category A images. He was also given six months for making category B images, four months for making category C images, and 1 month for making Pseudo images, all concurrent to the 16 months.
He was given a consecutive sentence of eight months for voyeurism making a total of 24 months.
He was also ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register for 10 years and given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
