Sexual predator admits offences against girl, 11
A sexual predator who admitted serious offences against an 11-year-old girl in Annesley Woodhouse has been given an indefinite prison sentence for the protection of the public.
Thirty-year-old Aaron Barton will have to serve at least six years before he can even be considered for release.
At Nottingham Crown Court on Friday Judge Dudley Bennett disqualified him from ever working with children again and placed him on the sex offenders’ register for life.
The judge told him: “You are a dangerous sexual predator.”
Barton, who had been bailed to an address in Canterbury, admitted three serious sexual offences on the child last year.
