Flasher caught after victim said he looked like Moe from the Simpsons
A FLASHER was caught after one of his victims told police he looked like Moe from The Simpsons.
Dumitru Falfan, 40, of Charles Street, Maidstone exposed himself to a number of women including a mum on the school run who was with her three-year-old daughter.
The Romanian national was arrested after one mortified victim described the flasher as looking like Springfield barkeeper Moe Szyslak.
Two more women came forward to the police when they heard the story on local news.
In a victim statement read out in court, one woman said the encounter left her “shocked and uncomfortable”.
She said Falfan followed her to her car then exposed himself in her wing mirror in a train station car park in Kent.
She said: “He had his hands in his pockets and was staring really intensely at me.
“I looked down and that’s when I saw that his trousers were undone and he was exposed”.
Falfan, a Hermes delivery driver who spoke through an interpreter at Maidstone magistrates’ court how, claimed he was at work at the time.
But he was found guilty of three counts of indecent exposure and will be sentenced next month.
David Mann, chairman of the bench, warned Falfan he could go to prison because of the seriousness of his crimes and their proximity to children.
