Rotherham man jailed for abusing boys
A 42-year-old man has been sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple non-recent child sexual offences against a number of victims.
Christopher Charles Dilkes, of Warwick Street, Rotherham, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court yesterday (Tuesday 12 December) to be sentenced.
In an earlier court hearing, he pleaded guilty to sexual offences including 23 counts of indecent assault and four counts of attempted rape.
The charges relate to four boys, who were under 16 when Dilkes abused them in the 1990s and 2000s.
