Daughter brought child abuse images and extreme pornography shame to light

A dad was found with indecent images of children after his four-year-old daughter told her mum after a visit to stay with him.

Grzegorz Doluk not only had vile images of young girls but also a number of pictures of extreme pornography stored on his mobile phones.

But after hearing the material was not of the worst kind and the 33-year-old was in full time work and had not been in trouble before a judge imposed a community order,

Tim Hills, prosecuting, told Swindon Crown Court: “Matters came to light when his four-year-old daughter said something to her mother after spending some time with her father.

“As a result of which Mr Doluk’s home address was searched and two items were seized, two Samsung mobile phones.”

On the handsets he said police found 11 images of underage girls at the lowest category and nine of extreme pornography.

When he was questioned Doluk said he is a test technician for a local company and works a shift pattern.

He told the police that his two daughters spent four days at his home then four days at their mum’s.

But though he accepted the devices were his he said they had been bought second hand and he refused to answer any questions about what was found on them.

Doluk, of Redcliffe Street, pleaded guilty to possessing indecent images of children and having extreme pornography.

Will Rose, defending, said that his client had no previous convictions either in the UK or in his homeland Poland.

He added: “Without being distasteful these images are at the lower end of the scale this court is used to dealing with.”

Passing sentence Judge Tim Mousley QC said: “On October 4 in the magistrates’ court you pleaded guilty to two offences.

“One being an offences of possessing extreme pornographic images, there were nine images in that category.

“The second was making indecent photographs of a child. They involved erotic poses of naked or semi naked girl between the ages of 10 and 15.

You are now 33 and are a man of no previous convictions and have been in full time employment for most if not all of your life.

“I have read the pre-sentence report. I have seen the assessment that is made up of the likelihood of risk of harm.”

He imposed an 18-month community order with 16 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 175 hours of unpaid work.

He said he must also abide by a sexual harm prevention order for the next five years and also register as a sex offender.
