Owner of ‘abhorrent’ child sexual abuse images banned from social media
A 28-year-old from Milford Haven who poses ‘a serious danger to children’ has been ordered by a judge to stay away from online devices, and banned from unsupervised contact with minors.
Gordon Jamie Evans, age 28, of Castle Hall Road, Black Bridge appeared before Newport Crown Court on November 25 to be sentenced for two counts of being in possession of child pornography.
The images, of children between the ages of five and seven years old we described in court as ‘abhorrent’.
Evans was made the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
He is not to have unsupervised access to the internet or allowed to delete any internet browsing history.
He is not allowed to enter chat rooms or join or use any social media networks.
Evans has been made the subject of a three year supervision order.
The judge has asked for his progress to be reviewed every three months.
He has been asked to sign the sex offenders register for a five years.
