Sex offender jailed
A Lancashire sex offender has been jailed for breaching his Prevention Order.
David Dinsdale, 55 of Preston pleaded guilty to breaching the order, possession of indecent images and possession of extreme images.
He was sentenced to 23 months imprisonment for 11 counts of making and possessing of indecent images of a child and extreme images, breach of his Sexual Harm Prevention Order and breach of his suspended sentence.
A destruction order was granted for items seized and he was placed on the sex offender register for 10 years.
He’d first been convicted in March 2016 when he was given a suspended sentence.
But the browser history on his computer had been deleted in a check up back in June 2016 – which breached his order.
More pictures of kids were found on it after checks were carried out.
