A man who targeted girls on social media has avoided a jail sentence.
During a trial at Elgin Sheriff Court, Henry Black was found guilty of exposing himself.
The 42-year-old was convicted of causing a girl younger than 16 to look at a sexual image by exposing himself to her on Facebook.
He was also found guilty of causing a girl younger than 13 to look at sexual images, by exposing himself to her and sending her a video of himself performing a solo sex act.
Black, who lives alone in Elgin’s Cockmuir Place, was placed under curfew for six months.
He will remain under supervision for three years, and must complete a social work programme.
He has been banned from having contact with children under 17 unless they are accompanied by an adult and has been placed on the sex offenders register.
