Pervert spared jail after admitting downloading indecent videos of children
A MAN was spared jail after downloading pornographic videos featuring girls aged as young as three.
Adam Isaac, aged 35, was sentenced at Bolton Crown Court after previously pleading guilty to making indecent images of a child.
The images were classed as category A, the most extreme type.
The court heard how on July 28 last year, police searched a property in Grasmere Street, Astley Bridge, where Isaac lived with his family and a number of electronic items were seized.
On March 29 this year, police contacted Isaac to tell him indecent images had been found on a computer.
One of the videos was two hours long and some of the material featured girls aged as young as three.
Isaac, now of Brackenbury Court in Preston, downloaded the videos between December 13 and December 24 2015.
After the videos were found a solicitor representing Isaac contacted police admitting it was him that downloaded the videos.
Judge Paul Reid QC handed Isaac a community order for three years ordering him to take part in rehabilitation activities and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for five years.
