Man banned from internet after being caught with indecent films of children
A man who downloaded dozens of indecent films of children has been banned from using the internet.
Andrew Jonathon Ross, 42, of Downland Avenue, Peacehaven, downloaded 25 of the most serious category A films, 18 category B and 11 category C films.
Brighton Magistrates placed a Sexual Harm Prevention Order on him after he pleaded guilty won April 24. It bans him from using any device or computer capable of accessing the internet unless it retains the history.
He is also banned from deleting his browsing history, encrypting or deleting data and he must allow police to check his devices at any time.
