Plymouth man admits making indecent images of children
A 60-YEAR-OLD man faces sentence after admitting making or downloading indecent images of children.
Nick Harman, aged 60, was caught with more than 50 pictures, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
Harman has pleaded guilty to four counts of making indecent images between 2007 and 2015.
Recorder Paul Grumbar ordered a probation report on his background but warned that he could be sent to prison.
Nick Lewin, for Harman, said he had no previous convictions and had been caught with a ‘relatively modest’ number of images compared to most cases.
He added: “He would like any help, particularly the Thames Valley Sexual Prevention treatment programme.”
The judge released Harman on conditional bail for sentence on July 22.
He must not be in unsupervised contact with anyone under 16.
Harman, of Clittaford Road, Southway, has already been ordered to sign the Sex Offender Register.
