Sex offender arrested on the grounds of a primary school
A convicted sex offender has been arrested after being discovered working on the grounds of a primary school.
South Wales Police were called to Baden Powell Primary School in Cardiff on Thursday after concerns were raised about a man seen carrying out work on the site.
Police arrived at the school on Muirton Road in Tremorfa soon after receiving the call at about 1pm.
Stuart Kelleher, 30, from Pentwyn, was arrested and has been recalled to prison for breaching his licence conditions.
He was also charged with breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and will appear at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on June 8.

Lidl’s supermarket worker Stuart Kelleher, aged 27 of Cardiff pleaded guilty at Cardiff Crown Court to the sexual assault of a child aged under 13-years-old
Kelleher was sentenced to:
60 months imprisonment
Told he must register as a sex offender for life
Given a sexual harm prevention order that will last for a period of 15-years
