A PAEDOPHILE who was freed early from prison was granted bail again yesterday – despite police being warned about his behaviour by his parents.

Kristopher Wurr, 24, had been jailed for nearly two years for having sex with an underage girl while he was on bail awaiting sentence for an identical crime.

Perth Sheriff Court was told that Wurr had served nine months and had now formed a “relationship”.

Wurr – who is subject to an extended sentence aimed at protecting the public from him – admitted breaching the peace at his parents’ home in Perth on January 6.

He blamed them for ruining his relationship with his girlfriend and began shouting and swearing. His mother called police.

But Sheriff Robert McCreadie freed Wurr on bail, telling him to “improve your family relationship”. He was ordered to be of good behaviour for six months.

Wurr could still be returned to jail by the parole board for breaching the conditions of his extended sentence.
