Moore had been sentenced to 6 years in prison in 2012 for sexual assaults on two girls aged under 13 and possessing indecent images of children.
He was arrested in July last year when more offences came to light – some of them against the same victim.
Moore appeared for sentence having pleaded guilty to seven offences against one girl and one against another when he appeared at Luton crown court last month.

He told the other girl she was beautiful and was very forceful with her.
When he was arrested, Moore denied the offences, claiming the victims had false memories.
Judge Michael Kay QC jailed him for 18 years with a 2 year licence.
It means that on his release he can be recalled to prison any time within the next 20 years.
The court heard that Moore was previously jailed in 2012 for similar crimes against two girls, one of which was aged 9 years-old
